CASE HISTORY: 

This male child was born in a private Nursing Home called Western Hospital .At the time of birth, child was fine till 3-4 days, but then got jaundice. Docters treated for Jaundice  but case got deteriorated and blood transfusion was done ,when some level was 44, normal is 34 and blood transfusion should be done at 22. Due to this mal treatment, the child’s ears got damaged and portion below waist also got paralysed. He was shifted to Deen dayal Hospital after this and treated further. Presently, he can’ speak as he can’t listen and can’t walk, but dosters say his brain is fine. He acts like a monkey who can’t speak with people as he doesn’t know the language.

Relatives came to know about this mal treatment and filed a court case against the Nursing Home for Claim amount of Rs.22.00 Lacs, so that they can get him treated as the charges for his ears repairment Operation is around Rs.7.00 lacs and for his paralysed legs also, some amount is required. The Case is going on presently.
